It all began with a bold project launched by RUN FUN, and XAP accepted the challenge: to prove that it is possible to switch from a combustion-engine vehicle to a 100% electric model without compromising on performance, robustness or cost.
The aim: to lead by example, demonstrating that this transition can be achieved in a realistic, high-performance… and sustainable way.
A MAJOR CHALLENGE
Our objectives:
- To give vehicles and machinery a second life with high added value
- To save local authorities from having to make substantial investments in order to meet environmental standards quickly
- To avoid mass scrapping in the name of political correctness
- To decontaminate internal combustion engines prior to scrapping
- To match the performance of internal combustion engines on the road or in competition under real-world conditions

RUN FUN is banking on retrofitting, and XAP is on board!
XAP is embarking on the conversion of internal combustion engine vehicles by expanding its product range – in this case, Toyota RAV4s – to include models and prototypes.
RUN FUN and XAP offer a credible, high-performance and tried-and-tested 100% electric alternative.
A robust, mass-produced platform, which XAP is developing further thanks to its expertise in on-board technologies.
